Our Investor Orientation Days are designed to give you genuine, on-the-ground insight into UK property investment across Liverpool and the Wirral — areas we know intimately and actively invest in.

Led by Andrew Dorian, Founder of Avantus Properties, these orientation days are typically delivered in small, focused groups of up to four investors, allowing for a highly personalised and in-depth experience. Larger groups can also be accommodated by prior arrangement, making this ideal for investor partners, families, or private groups.
Each Investor Orientation Day may include:
