Fees and payment
You agree to pay the advertised and applicable sourcing fee in full, for any and all Property deals and/or Property Investment opportunities emailed to you or advertised on the Website, to Avantus Properties Ltd, whether you purchase the Property or Property Investment directly or indirectly.
Please note all accounts beyond our credit terms will be passed to our debt collection agency, Sinclair Goldberg Price Ltd. All accounts, without exception, will be subject to a surcharge of 15% plus vat on Limited Company/ Public Sector Body debts & 20% plus vat on Consumer/ Non-Limited Commercial debts to cover our costs in recovery. These accounts will also be subject to any legal costs incurred in obtaining settlement.

Avantus Properties Ltd is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this Website you are expected to review these Terms on a regular basis.
Assignment
Avantus Properties Ltd is allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.
